CONCLUSION: The world has long been clamoring for a culture strong enough to balance human beings and life! A knowledge able to clarify why the life of the human being reached the conditions in which he is, where they live against each other and destroy each other; where there is no peace or quiet in the whole world; where violence prevails in all walks of life and where human life has completely lost its value, being banalized to the extreme! For all this there is a reason for being, a reason, a cause, since we know that there is no effect without cause! All these harmful effects spread throughout the world have their cause and for this reason, the whole world has been shaken and shaken by innumerable forms of suffering, such as moral suffering, physical suffering, spiritual suffering and suffering perpetrated by the inclemencies of nature . And in the midst of this scenario of world tragedy, the human being lives astonished and frightened by what is going on around the world! So now, the help came so cried and pleaded for all to Divine Providence! And the Providence is here, now, contained in the Book UNIVERSE IN DISENCHANTMENT, which brings us in its bosom the grandeur of a new culture, Rational Culture! Culture is capable of balancing and recovering the human being and the universe!
