CONCLUSION: And what other part of the plain is this? It is the world from which we come out, which is the RATIONAL WORLD, by our free and spontaneous will, by our free will! And in this world from which we came out there was a part that was not yet ready to progress. So a few Rationals left the RATIONAL WORLD spontaneously to make progress and find out the part that was not yet ready to progress, and a few Rationals stayed there in the RATIONAL WORLD. These many others who have been there now, in the Rational Phase, are performing here to promote the Great Rational Fraternal Union among all, which will culminate in the return of those here to the RATIONAL WORLD! That is why in the sky, in the sky, many light bodies are emerging! For some time, humanity has seen lights appearing in space, in the sky and is curious to know what it is. In the anxiety of wanting to explain these apparitions, the human being began to identify these lights by various names: UFOs, UFOs, Flying Saucers, Aliens, Extraterrestrials, etc.

Then the human being wonders: what are these luminous bodies; where they come from; what they want; what they are announcing; why don't they talk to humanity; where they go; Why move in space like lightning?
Therefore, it must be clarified that these Luminous Bodies, which come in various forms, in different ways, in different ways and in different colors, have their Culture! And Their Culture is the Rational Culture, contained in the Universe Books in Disenchantment!
