THE INFLUENCES OF THE INHABITANTS
FROM THE LOWER ATMOSPHERE
The living creatures there of the Universe are all subject to the influences of the people from the lower atmosphere. And because of thisin the world there is confusion among everyone because the living creatura has no equilibrium. One cannot have regulation
influenced by the inhabitants of the lower atmosphere, where there exist the good ones and the evil ones, of every character, to do everything without looking whether it is good or evill.
That is the reason the living creature is one moment thinking good, another moment thinking evil; one moment he is sad, another moment he is happy; sometimes animated, other times disanimated, without knowing why, without being able to explain this change. Those are influences that the living creature receives from the inhabitants of the lower atmosphere, from good or evil inhabitants. And for that reason the living creature has no stability, constantly varying the thoughts and the attitudes. All this because of being subject to the influences of the people from this vacuum that exists between the Earth and the sun. And those who do not want to recognize their
nature, like all the open-eyed blind ones who live in this world; and that is the origin of all this horrible suffering that one sees there in the world.
And because of not having the true knowledge of what the world is, of the why all are this ways and of what all are, the living creatureimplants the suffering of the days to come and of the present, as he has already implanted it in the past; because of not being certain of the why
he is this way and all are this way, of what all are, of what all were, of what all should be, of what all must be, because
in time, all will arrive to their places, forced by the suffering that more and more closes in universally.
Because the living creatures are completely unknowm of their own nature, they live suffering, and the more they do in orderto go better, the more everything goes worse, the more without understanding they become, the more suffering increases, the more the martyrdom glitters. But some, entering through this door to the Superior Astral. And here are the written data, enlightening how one reações, how one arrives here in the RATIONAL PLAIN, by means of RATIONAL IMMUNIZATION.
There are living creatures who only embrace the evill and pervese people of the lower atmosphere. Those become pervese, vengeful and evil-doers. They are living creatures of a bad nature who need a brake in order to be corrected in their inner souls of perversity.Those are impossible living creatures who need someone to dominate them. Of such an evill disposition that there is the need of their being controlled by the invisible beings of the lower atmosphere who, even though evil ones, restrain, with their influences, these living creatures instincts of pervesity.
