CONCLUSION: In this passage, it is clearly evident that the human being has its origin, it comes from somewhere, it is not the work of chance and it is necessary and necessary to know where it came from, how it came and why it came, to know. where he will return, how to return and what to do to return. Finally, the human being has, for better understanding, what we can call a "destiny".

The Book describes in detail how it worked out this odyssey of leaving the RATIONAL WORLD, of our own free will, until we came to this condition of life we are in today and how long this whole process of transformation lasted!
Therefore, because we come from a Higher World than we live, obviously this Upper World would not abandon us and would not permanently, eternally, live outside of it! That is why I had prepared Natural Laws of preparation and maturation so that when the time and moment came we could all return to our place of origin.
And the time and the moment has come! For this and for that, there has been a phase change in nature, an evolutionary change in nature! And what change is that? The Rational Phase! At this stage, the human being is elevated to another category of life, the Rational Apparatus category! In this category, the Supreme part of the human being is developed, the Rational part of the human being. Through this development, which is a natural process, human beings acquire the necessary and appropriate conditions to return to their place of origin.
This is the determination of the Natural Organizations that govern and organize all lives and in all categories that have left their place of origin, that is, the RATIONAL WORLD!
Finally, it remains for us to clarify that to achieve this purpose of returning to our place of origin, we only need to know the Culture of this Upper World!
