2 /B - A fase dos civilizados, foi a fase do pensamento com a Sua Cultura para o desenvolvimento e evolução do pensamento dos civilizados. Teve início, atingiu seu auge, e teve seu prazo de validade vencido em 1935.
3/3 - Em 1935 teve início uma nova fase, a fase atual com sua Cultura que é a CULTURA RACIONAL para desnvolvimento, e evolução do raciocínio. É nessa Cultura que está o desenvolvimento do raciocínio.

3/3 - In 1935 a new phase began, the current phase with its Culture, which is RATIONAL CULTURE for development, and the evolution of reasoning. It is in this Culture that the development of reasoning lies.
