CONSIDERATIONS: In this section, it is clearly evident that the human being has its origin, it comes from somewhere, that it is not the work of chance and that it is necessary and necessary to know where it came from, how it came and why it came, to know where he will return, how to return and what to do to return. Anyway, the human being has, for a better understanding, what we can call a "destiny".

The Book thoroughly describes how this whole odyssey of leaving the RATIONAL WORLD operated, by our free and spontaneous will, until we reached this condition of life in which we find ourselves today and how long this whole process of transformation lasted!
Therefore, since we come from a World Superior to the one we live in, obviously this Superior World would not abandon us and would not leave us permanently, eternally, living outside of it! That's why I created Natural Laws of preparation and maturity so that, when the time and moment arrived, we could all return to our place of origin.
And the time and the moment has arrived! For that reason and for that, a phase change in nature took place, an evolutionary change in nature! And what change is this? The Rational Phase! In this phase, the human being is elevated to another category of life, the category of Rational Apparatus! In this category, the Supreme part of the human being, the Rational part of the human being, is developed. Through this development, which is a natural process, human beings acquire the necessary and adequate conditions to return to their place of origin.
This is the determination of the Natural Organizations that govern and organize all lives and in all categories, which left their place of origin, that is, the RATIONAL WORLD!
Finally, it remains for us to clarify that to achieve this purpose of returning to our place of origin, it is enough just to know the Culture of this Superior World!
